Why Our Clients Use TGA
Why You Should Not Use Any Other Collection Firm
- Higher Costs:
Attorneys charge large retainers, contingent suit fees, hourly rates and you will have on-going legal expenses – before they ever collect a single penny! - Huge Time Commitments:
Everyone knows the legal process is very lengthy. Other firms are not dialed into the courts directly, are not strictly collection firms, and do not have the personal contacts with the court. TGA has streamlined and automated our processes over 25 years and through electronic filings can dramatically shorten the time your collection case is hung up in the court system. - No-Action Judgments:
A judgment in your favor does not mean you will get paid. In law, a judgment is simply a decision of a court regarding the rights and liabilities of parties in a legal action or proceeding. However, the court will not collect the money on behalf of the successful party without further action. Most firms will simply give you the judgment as they do not know how to collect on the judgment for you. TGA already knows where the assets are in order to enforce collection of your judgment through bank levies, wage garnishments, real estate liens, and personal property via the court officers, constables, sheriffs, and marshals of whom we know. - Minimum File Sizes:
Most attorneys do not accept files under $5,000 as they do not feel it is worth their time. TGA has no minimum or maximum balance required for a collection file. We are here to assist you no matter what size your debt is.
